Hey I am nearly 31 I have PCOS. I was diagnosed almost 8 years ago after a miscarriage at 8 weeks in 2017 and having my second son year and half later in 2018. I am currently TTC 1 year+. I really want to know healthy options to help with PCOS, exercises, skin care routines that I can use. Supplements I can take just to help me on my journey. I currently take Inofolic Alpha twice morning and night and Impryl. Omega 3-6-9 capsules that I take daily.

I’m sorry to hear about your experiences over the years 😔 unfortunately I’m not professionally trained to give advise, however! I can share what I know with you and hope it helps! Can I ask, have you been tracking your ovulation since the year+ you’ve been TTC?
As for PCOS exercises - I will have a look into this to ensure I have more knowledge behind it beforehand 🧡 I’ll share more regarding exercises and skin care within the group! For all to see 🧡 sounds to me like your taking the right prenatals. Please always consult with a professional/GP before taking just any supplements.
I’ve been a strong user on ‘pregnacare prenatals’ me and my partner BOTH take these once a day! I hope this helps 🧡
Thank you this will sure really help :) I did try taking pregnacare but unfortunately it made me feel quite sick, I think it was the size of the tablets as I don't do well with big tablets lol. I have been tracking my LH and also PDG too and last month I did get a positive peak on my LH so hoping the same this month too 🙏 xx
